Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself. Long-time lurker who finally had the guts to make their own account. I'm feeling a little anxious as I write this, so I'll keep it brief.
Just wanted to thank all of you for all of the support you've unknowingly offered me as I've read posts in silence. I've hit the lowest point in my life this past summer and I've felt increasingly isolated and disconnected from everything and everyone in my life. Somehow this community gives me a sense that I'm not alone, which is really comforting.
You'll probably see more of me in the days to come the more courageous I get.
I'm weighing the decision to CTB pretty heavily for the first time in my life. We'll see what happens. But thank you all for teaching me to not treat the choice lightly.
