If you want to have a proof that politicians are pretty self-centred and selfish here you go. I was not sure whether I should comment on it as a German but I thought a lot about it. He basically allied with extremists and sacrifices democracy for the chance to avoid prison. If you want to go in history as a selfish and self-centred jerk that is a good approach. I mean maybe the Israeli defence collapses and then an Arabian country starts to attack them which is not that unlikely. Maybe his own ego ended the country Israel. It is horrible what happens.
