There are a couple if sellers of sodium pentobarbital but not on the clear web.
Yes; sodium pentobarbital is nembutal's active ingredient and still used in vet med, but still heed the warnings and do a lot of research/consider something more reliable. Pentobarbital is highly regulated and not great for recreational use AFAIK so black market is smaller.Similar threads
