I don't have anything of the sort. I can tell you from first hand experience though, strangling myself (i.e. PSH) and you just kinda slowly black out. I had some auditory hallucination and it was really freaky, because SI does kick in. The physical sensation is not bad at all, also the rope doesn't really hurt - it's just a bit of pressure. But it's psychological hell, at least for me. You know what's going on and what will happen should you continue. It creeped me out to the extent that I'll probably not hang myself unless I really have no other way to go.
