I read on websites multiple sources stated the peak concentration of pento is 2-3 hours, even pheno which long acting is 4 hours and pento is short acting.

so i dont get get it why people say they need 24 hours or at least 8 hours to die from it??

If one doesnt get enough oxygen and got cardiac arrest it should only last for a short time to survive?

Is it easier that people accidentally choke on snack and die in minutes?

it seems like a purposely well planned ctb is like the hardest thing to do compare to accidentally killing yourself

The body responds to this with increased cardiac output. If you suppress this response, the body will face the symptoms of hypoxia sooner. In combination with pentobarbital-induced vasodilation, it may cause more rapid cardiovascular collapse.

Thats what i thought. BB also cause hypotension. BP too low=pass out. And i have low BP.
standing makes it worse too than lying down as the BP cant be push up to the brain.

So i should combine methods.
