I read on websites multiple sources stated the peak concentration of pento is 2-3 hours, even pheno which long acting is 4 hours and pento is short acting.

so i dont get get it why people say they need 24 hours or at least 8 hours to die from it??

If one doesnt get enough oxygen and got cardiac arrest it should only last for a short time to survive?

Is it easier that people accidentally choke on snack and die in minutes?

it seems like a purposely well planned ctb is like the hardest thing to do compare to accidentally killing yourself

Most people will die within an hour if I'm not mistaken. I think I saw time table in one of the posts, where it showed most people like over 90% are dead in one or two hours or so. People surviving 24 hours are the one that fall into extended coma which is very rare from what I've read. Dilantin can help prevent that but hard to source.

It is very difficult to calculate pharmacokinetics in oral drug intake. There are infusion pumps with an algorithm that calculates the blood concentration peak effect of a drug. It is IV but still not reliable. When it comes to the human body, the sum of two and two is not four. This is pharmacodynamics.

An overdose of Dilantin will cause you to go in cardiac arrest.
But what about beta blocker instead? Its a drug to slow your heart.

I can get many boxes of those freely without prescription

Beta blockers also help. Pentobarbital does not cause sudden respiratory arrest in oral administration, as it does in IV administration. First, breathing slows down. The body responds to this with increased cardiac output. If you suppress this response, the body will face the symptoms of hypoxia sooner. In combination with pentobarbital-induced vasodilation, it may cause more rapid cardiovascular collapse.

Thats what i thought. BB also cause hypotension. BP too low=pass out. And i have low BP.
standing makes it worse too than lying down as the BP cant be push up to the brain.

Unfortunately i cant get N.
only pheno and benzo and codeine.
So i should combine methods.
plastic, night2, partial....
If breathing ceased down and HR too and blood supply to the brain. theoretically the brain would shut down quick right?
