Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

So at one point in my life I suffered a traumatic brain injury and I have not been able to figure out how I was ever in SSI. I know that I have BPD, depression and OCD (zig-zag) and tic syndrome and severe ADHD. And I'm intelligent... But my inability to concentrate and maintain even a simple schedule is making it where I can't hold down a job. I'm in the US btw.

I tried reapplying for Social Security and was denied. When they asked me questions I told them the truth that I don't remember much outside of one of my old doctors and because I am not on speaking terms with my ex wife I don't know how to get back on meds or ssi.

I know this is a super broad question, but I do not know how to get records. I don't know what to say or who to talk to because of the stigma associated with the medication Adderall. But I am a zombie without it and I have tried everything else for over two years.
I also need to be put on my old anti depressant desvaflaxan because Venladaxan causes me heart palpitations and I don't know where to start but I do have health care because of my (now) wife. She doesn't know how to get back on meds either.

Sorry if I sound like an idiot.

Sorry if this is not helpful, but are you able to schedule an appointment with a healthcare provider at the moment? It might not be necessary to have old records to get re-prescribed these meds. I only have experience with SSRIs/SNRIs personally, but I know from other people in my life who were prescribed Adderall, the process looked something like going to a doctor, getting a referral to a psych who administered some kind of diagnostic test, then receiving a prescription. The process was more or less the same for me with my medication, too. Having old records would probably help bypass some of these steps, but I think it may still be in reach as long as you have access to a provider and are able to justify the need for the medication based on your current circumstances (which seems very reasonable based on what you've described).

Have you tried Dextrovin? I'm not sure if they sell it in the US yet since it's a really new thing, but they do use that in Finland, it really helps with ADHD from what I've heard.

I've heard about this new thing for people with cptsd but I do not know if that's what you're referring to I definitely have not tried it yet though.
