''There was nothing any of you could of done to prevent this so dont blame yourselves, this was what I really wanted and I dont regret it. I love you all''

Something along them lines. Elaborate further if you feel the need too :)

"It is not your fault and there is nothing you could have done, but thanks for being around in my life during my life." "It's my decision and it's for the best, and just remember that you didn't cause it as I always knew that this is the right choice for me." Something along these lines might work too, maybe someone might be able to paraphrase it better than me.

Your words are always good enough.

Mine goes like -

Facts of what I've done
No one else was involved or assisted
Why I did it - not massive just overview
Next of kin details
Details of my will etc
Apologies to those who have to deal with body etc

I have my final wishes (what to do with body etc) and pc passwords and flash drive with photos in my medicine box. I'm then going to write a letter to certain people in my life. I will just make it clear that it's not their fault and there was nothing they could have done and then a personal message to each

Same here it's beginning to look like a book...

There will be never enough words to convey how much I didn't want to leave but had to.

I need to get into a certain mental state before I can write my suicide note. I never wrote it to my family or friends but just to the world. Still it feels impersonal and just not right, but after all a suicide note is not even that important

The only reason I have to write a note is to reassure people it wasn't their fault. I'm not sure that will make much difference as they will always find a way to blame themselves.

I've tried writing one several times, but I never get further than "sorry, it wasn't anyone's fault and there was nothing anyone could have done"

I think I'm going out without one.

I think I'm going out without one

After making (too many) suicide notes I decided that I will put that blocknote in my personal belongings. So they can choose (if they find it) if they want to read.
