Gunshot to the head if you have access to a gun. There was a really good thread about guns earlier, I can link it to you if you have trouble finding it. Other quick methods would be hanging or SN.

Sorry to be so harsh but if there's one thing I learned over the years it's that CTB takes practice, planning and a rational mind. There is a difference between wanting and needing. A difference between choosing and forcing.

You can't force it. You need a lot of preperation.

I think in another thread the lethality of CO was mentioned to be 71% so theres a 29% of failure.

The important detail is, that u will need time to do it. Most if you're thinking about poisoning/hanging/CO(especially CO, you will need almost 2 hrs).

There's a wiki resource on this site and threads devoted to some methods--like guns, hanging, sodium nitrite... Hope things work out smoothly for you with a minimum of hassle whatever you decide. I'm sure I'm not alone in offering an ear to talk to if you want to get things off your chest. Peace.

Yeah I absolutely agree with @throwaway123 that you should take some time to plan things through properly. Either your situation will change (hopefully for the better) or you'll at least have a solid plan.

for CO 2 hours is just in preparation getting the room sealed properly making sure your going to be comfortable, but for CO levels to be lethal in a closed environment(depending on the size) could take more than 4 or 5 hours...

Just find a tall building with roof access (100+ feet) and jump.

Also maybe a bridge if the fall is into water it has to have more than 200 feet in height.

Yep that's true, I was imagining using a car, but I forgot the catalyst, which will make it difficult. And what about an exit bag? I did one, it's easy, but I used propane instead of Nitrogen or Argon. It's dangerous, but taking the main precautions (like cutting off the main electricity current) it can work as good as if you were using Ni or Ar.

Do you think 2 hrs is enough time for sn?

You need to take a few hours and read through every single thread and pdf in the resource section. It's very easy to end up alive and injured. Most suicide attempts are not successful because people don't do their research and attempt with non-lethal methods or don't properly follow the steps for the lethal methods.

I agree about the rational mind. Ctb is a serious action that will have a lot of consequences for those left behind so it shouldn't be done impulsively or taken lightly.

Depending on where you live, you could also look into jumping. If the drop is over 100 meters (if you drop on solid ground) you've got pretty much a 99,9% guarantee of death I believe.

Don't rush your decision to kill yourself though. Think carefully and consider all options - personally I'm giving therapy another go at the moment.

i would advise you to try to keep yourself calm. This decision (take your life) can be encountered anytime later (if you are not in psych ward or jail of course, but even then). Give yourself time, please
