Need someone to help me verify D's email

I'm seeing a couple of different email addresses on the PPEH, I'm scared to get scammed. Could someone who has the real email help me verify if it's the real deal?

Is there a specific requirements to download the file from the link? I tried it with various browser (Safari, Firefox, etc.) and the download will start fine, but a few minutes later it failed. I don't use adblocker and tried it in private mode.

EDIT: to clarify, I tried this on a computer, not mobile devices like iPhone/Android

It might work better for you on a computer or laptop vs a phone.

Sorry, I did not clarify that I use a computer to download it. Still failed.

If the download fails partway, you can right-click the download and click "resume" and it will continue where it left off. I had to do that 5-6 times before the document finally fully downloaded (about 150Mb).

Or just use the DuckDuckGo browser - it loads instantly for me.

It doesn't work. Clicking "resume" will restart the download from the beginning and it'll fail again.

Just tried DDG browser on iPhone and same result as with trying it on a computer - started and then just hang. :(

I tried everything and no go. Seems other have the same problem so I am wondering if it's OK to upload to alternative sites.
