Help Need partial hanging advice

I'm planning on partially hanging from a doorknob with an electrical cord. Doorknob is pretty low so i'll be kneeling. I'm 160cm and 48kg so i think it's pretty reliable? If you have any advice for me please let me know. I'm just not sure if this will be successful. Also how would i throw the ligature over a door? Is that more reliable than a doorknob?

From what I have read a doorknob isn't the best anchor to pick. I think to throw the ligature over the door would require something to be at the back If you understand. make a stopper knot then you can rope over the door,for me it have been a good anchor point and im a lot heavier than you

ai just told me a leather belt can hold up to 450Kg
i have been close to passing out with that setup

any door will work as long as there some gap between door and door frame

This looks pretty reliable. What kind of SI were you having? I'm worried one could unbuckle the belt or thrash around, hence unravel it due to SI

just normal survival instinct.. panic when i feal im about to pass out my brain knowing i will die if i dont abort

i think my setup is a good setup for partial hanging but partial is not the most reliable a full suspension would be better but partial are easier to setup at home, i dont want to go to the woods to find a tree
