Need help with SN test.

Hello there. I test SN with two 500 cups. I do as was said in SN bible.
I got good result with second cup - where I add 1 ml from first cup.
But when I test first cup - I got no any pink color.

Is my SN good?
And I test it with blood

The 2nd cup should be ok(the value is high).
Anyway remember that from cup 1 you have to take only 1ml of water and i used a syringe for that. In my case both cups showed high lvl of nitrite.
In the blood test, the fastest the blood changes color in contact with SN, the purest SN is.

PS: I used distilled water.

Thank you very much, my friend! Yeah I use distilled water too, and I check it before SN. Yeah I use 1ml. In the blood test I don't have much blood but when I add SN it turns dark red/brown very fast. Much love

May I ask, why are there two cups needed?
