Help need help with ligatures, which ropes are good?

Question: Which ropes are good to hang with?
How much should the width be?
What kind of material should i use?
Is braided fine too?

Is 8mm width good or too thin for full suspension? Material is Polyester.
Or this one?
Material is Polypropylene. 10mm width. Max weight 125kg.
