Help Need help! How to weed out sketch antiemetics sources

To anyone who has ordered antiemetics how do you weed out the sketch sources? I never had diagnosed mental issues so I just don't happen to have any of the meds. I would also appreciate if anyone could give me a pointer.

I know it's taboo to list the name sources of this forum but the abbreviation's help establish a source of credibility, I noticed Antiemetics have nothing of the sort so it's essentially diving into the dark except you lose your money and time that can be put into CTB

Probably the best way to purchase antiemetics is visiting your doctor and lie about migraines or buying it in a country where it's available over the counter.
