Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hi guys I don't want to recap everything that's been going on the past couple of days. But my wife is coming back to give me my ID and my social security card and I'm hoping that she has my daughter with her. I need to get away from the situation but she's using my daughter against me. So I need to know how I can get away from her with my daughter until she gets back on her meds. I own up to everything I've done to provoke her but I should not have my relationship with my daughter destroyed because she is mad at me so if anyone is able to guide me to what I should do and what I can do please let me know. I'm considering calling the cops and having my mom over so I can get a protection order and leave my daughter with me or take my daughter with me because we are legally married and then call the cops and explain that she's been physically violent and show them all the documentation I've been keeping.

If it was me, I would call the cops, to start get written record.

Then I would contact CPS (child protection services) or what it is called in your area and get them involved also.

The reasoning is this, if and that might be an if, a person needs to go to court about parental rights and who should take care of the child, as much documentation as possible to show the judge.

I have been in court many times, and I won because I would have a mountain of evidence, that would take a lot of time to procure, and it always was so important.

There is nothing, that I can think of, that is more important than giving a child the best possible start and journey into adulthood.

This reminds me of a saying for a parent(s): give me a child for some time at the age of 5 and they are mine for life. Another words, what their foundation is truly makes such a HUGE difference and caliber for the child long term.

Best of luck and I will have you and your lovely child in my thoughts.

Walter

I know I'm a little late, but I agree with Walter. Go to your nearest police station (if possible) asap and give them copies (you don't want them to 'lose' the original documentation) of any and all documentation you have. If your mother witnessed any abuse, have her there and have her write a statement. Her being a woman will lend more credibility to your story. It's important that you do this asap because courts/cops tend to side with women whenever they make claims of abuse. So if your wife decides to claim that you abused her at anytime, the cops could arrest you or that would heavily affect your case (if it comes to going to court).

I used to have a friend who got into an argument with his wife. She got physical and he called the cops to get her to calm down and help de-escalate the situation. She claimed that he was physical with her and he ended up in jail for a night. If a woman makes a claim of abuse against a man, more often than not that man is now guilty until proven innocent. It sucks, but that's the way things are in the U.S.
