What's the difference between SN and this? Can I use this?

I'm not a chemist but all I can tell is, these are two entirely different compounds that have nothing in common but the "sodium" part, and there are many, many compounds of sodium, for instance "sodium chloride" is common table salt.
Cyanide is a known poison, of course. I just looked up sodium cyanide, and apparently it is highly toxic indeed. So it may well be suitable to use, but be aware that the chemistry of the substance is entirely different from SN, so the effects will be different, including possible side effects/complications such as vomiting.

This is 99% a scam. Sodium cyanide is a deadly poison that pretty much certainly kills you at 200-300mg but it's illegal to buy for the same reason. You die within 15-20 minutes of ingestion usually but it can be pretty painful. There is a way to make it at home though, use the search function.
