Need a good way to OD

Hey everyone, I doubt anyone here remembers me, I've failed to commit suicide last time and was placed in a psychiatric institution. Recently I've been prescribed some decently strong medication with Haloperidol and Lorazepam being my two current OD contenders and I wanted to ask which would be better, I'd like a quick death.

OD on those meds is very unreliable a method as far as I'm aware.

Oh, I see. Would either of you have any suggestions on the topic then? I have changed my mind since my post from 3 years back, I really want this to be as quick as it can be, preferably a method not requiring too much preparation.
