As Dot said, it's most likely fake.
We have had quite a few scammers who came over here, started to post about looking for N, then started to "groom" other users to connect with them as friends and later diverted conversations to Telegram, only to share fake emails with them and scam them out of thousands of $$.
They often use multiple accounts, work with multiple people to give the appearance of legitimacy.
