Help N in the Philippines

Hi all,

I'm a Brit currently residing in Thailand and already wrote a thread about obtaining N here - with replies from A about shipping to the country (he didn't recommend it).

On that thread, a member mentioned that N was available in the Philippines (which I could get to fairly easily) but they haven't responded to my PM and in fact haven't been on the forum since

So I'm opening a new topic for anyone to add any information if they have any. The latest edition of the Handbook doesn't mention the Philippines - though there's anecdotal 'evidence' on Google and plenty of dodgy--looking adverts.

Any serious and helpful information will be gratefully received.

Guess there will be someone who selling N over there.

Although the one serious thing would be the huge situation which you'd involve if you are caught with N in any Asian country.

About Pharmacies, I do not think so, but in vets clinics, you could be a lucky guy. If them do not ask you any kind of paper. Yes, you'd. And cheap.
This option is really right.

i am from this country and what you stated is all true,undeniably and theres N here too actually trying to buy one myself but the seller doesnt respond...and until now im waiting for response

Hi when you say "the seller" does that mean it's not available legally at vets or pharmacies and you have to buy it illegally? I'd happily travel to the Philippines to buy some if it was legal (I'd even buy you some if you helped me get some for myself) but I don't want to do anything that would risk arrest by the authorities - who are as bad if not worse than here in Thailand.
Anyway. Please let me know how things proceed - either on this thread or via PM.

Let me please just some up the few things I know about the "N-Complex."
You should understand a few basic things about 'dangerous drugs.'
There's those that grow naturally and are only refined (opiates), and there's the ones that Big Pharma produces. Okay ?
The natural stuff grows in third world countries and is being shipped by illegal operators you can talk to, and who will sell it to you.
The pharma stuff is available from pharmacies and doctors.
What you're after is usually old-style barbiturates, these being ideal to put you asleep after a brief high - forever if you want (though most will chicken out for decades with 'recreational use' - this keeps them alive for whatever reason. Humans are critters of compromise, and barbiturates are incredibly addictive).
Other animals are routinely 'put down' with these barbiturates. What does this mean ?
It means that you need to contact a veterinary. Veterinaries use this stuff routinely. Veterinaries are often big earners, and sometimes not. It depends.
However a vet should be able to supply people without getting into trouble with the authorities, as opposed to human medicine practitioners.
I think the recent suppliers here were likely all vets, and it shouldn't be hard to find a likely vet in a 3rd world country, in other places, doctors earn enough and are usually afraid to lose their license. Most of these candidates will just never have thought about this, and not be on the Internet.
The really hard thing would be to secure a constant supply for 'recreational use, because of the 'constant,' which is also the only reason the authorities would get interested.

Of course NOT. There are international regulations about drugs. Naivety isn't always helpful.
To make this clear : it is legal IF YOU HAVE A PRESCRIPTION.

It is available in Peru and Mexico (and doubtless other places that haven't been confirmed) without prescription. There have been rumours that this is the case in the Philippines too - and this thread is for anyone who has actual, helpful, factual information which may be able to confirm those rumours.
If you live in the Philippines and/or have specific information which might be useful to forum users please feel free to contribute.
If you don't have anything useful to add, please don't.
I don't come here for futile arguments or insulting exchanges - there's enough of that on the 'normal' Internet. I use this forum to request and provide genuine help and support. I shan't reply to any more posts that don't share this peaceful and reasonable approach.

So, can you please clear up if the product is available WITHOUT PRESCRIPTION ?

For example, I can get prescription drugs without a prescription in Spain, and I could flout that information here, but I don't - because it's not reliable.

now i dont have the details yet since i just contacted the seller...they havent provided anything yet as for forms and such,in the philippines like they said money talks but i dont want to keep your hopes up as i havent been contacted by the seller...im also looking to buy cyanide pills since its also available here but sadly no answer as of yet...i will keep you posted if it isnt a scam..if i paid and then dont receive the product then surely i will not recommend for you to buy here

yes it isnt available legally...although here as i stated in my previous reply to Joannf, i am still unsure if i can get one...so pls dont get your hopes up i will keep you posted

I am agree about naivety, thay will never undertand that buying N without prescription is ilegal.

Yes, indeed you can.
Guess places you say, will be supplies farming Stores, that kind of stores. Animal products.
When you crossing customs it becomes in a illegal product. From Mexico to USA, for instance.
