If you have the correct e-mail from a legit version of the PPH, then D will deliver what you need. It seems that people in Europe are having some customs issues with UPS lately though. There will always be some risk. People in the US seem to have the best success rates on receiving their N

Due to new laws it's very likely that such a parcel from outside EU will be checked and confiscated by german customs and that the police will knock at the door some days later. The most peaceful method N in Germany is the most impossible.

Owning SN in germany on the contrary to N is not prohibited, but they made it almost impossible to buy it here.

For us in Germany N is no option. I believe, everything from the Darknet is a scam. PM offers are a scam. SN seems to be also almost impossible for us. What's left? The same things unfortunately since 30 years. Hanging, jumping, CO and EB with gas. My method will be gas if the time is coming.

CO, there are so many factors, you have no control over, e.g. if the coal will die or not and the pain, coming with it. It was my choice for a long time.

Brain damage one can also have not only with gas, but also with hanging, jumping, CO. But for the gas you only need 1 minute to peacefully black out and 10 more minutes for a complete brain death, so that it doesn't matter if something goes wrong after that 10 minutes and your body survives.

You know, here in Germany you can ensure with Patient Decree, that if you are a brain dead vegetable, that all life supply will be shut down in this case.

But it's no longer worth to think about N for us here in Germany. Either it's all a scam or the customs will take it away.

If one from Germany is terminally ill and has at least 7.000 Euro, there is chance to have the peaceful Swiss-Option also for this money.

If one is not terminally ill but has just enough and our High Court has ruled, this is our fundamental right in Germany, then there are only the 30 years old options.

It makes me very sad.

I come from Germany and know the law very well and how it works here. It's better to say the truth than to bring people into more danger, if they are coming from Germany. Every word, I wrote on this forum so far, is factual correct.

Also the case from Switzerland I mentioned today is reported very well.

You can translate a page where the Switzerland case busted at German Customs is described. It's in German. It's the evidence, that I don't give any wrong information but facts.

Everyone can do that to confirm, that my writings are based on reliable sources and research.

I would buy N within an hour if possible, but for us in Germany as I wrote prior on this forum, it's almost impossible, and we are a very good target for scammers, because they have knowledge about our situation.

I dont think you should care about police or law problem if you are planning ctb, plus shipping beetwen eu country should be more safer

It's not "new". In my european country UPS and DHL and other private shippers always checked their package with customs and asked for receipts and such (which one has to fake with N and other illegal stuff). I really don't get how people had no issues before. Only with regular mail packages had the chance to pass completely unchecked. Now all packages demand receipts but I suppose not all will be physically checked if the documents are believable enough. Customs does not have the manpower to simply force all private packages to be inspected. D has to adapt.

Alright guys, finally it's time for an update.
After waiting 3 weeks for my first shipment of N and UPS sending it back to Mexico and D resending it, I finally got it.
UPS held it a further 30 days probably due to Customs because it was declared as a "plastic lamp (sample)" which makes no sense. I redeclared as two bottles of "facial cosmetic liquid" with 20 bucks value plus 70 shipping and it passed after paying the EU VAT tax.
I'm so happy!

Yay!! If I were you, I'd go nuts from all this waiting. I'm a bit confused. You had to declare it twice? So they passed it despite declaration forms not making sense?

D made the initial declaration on the UPS form, where he had to state content and value.
UPS didn't contact me on the first time, and sent it back to him. So then I asked D to resend, and at the same time I called UPS and asked wtf happened the first time around. They explained they couldn't pass it as "sample" to Customs and that they also needed my fiscal information, and told me to send a new form. Which I did, stating a more believable content and value, fiscal number and signature.
I guess Customs was satisfied this time around and it passed without physical inspection, just had to pay tax on delivery.
So my advice is, ask D to declare it as something believable of small value, and contact UPS if it takes more than a week to ask if everything is ok.

People in Europe can, and should, be ready to fake payment proof for a more convincing Customs declaration. It does envolve previously setting up the same lies with D though (value and content). I just filled a self-declaring form with a signed promise of truthful values and contents but it was riskier.
All this does not help if they select it for inspection though. Just the tax issue. It was, nevertheless, well disguised and only a sample chemical test from the authorities would give it up.

I did it in a way that would sound believable as if a "friend vacationing in Mexico" would send me a local cosmetic and would be paid in person without bank statements. But like I said, it's suspicious (at least to me if I worked for Customs). To each its own.
