Its already been established that AV has been replaced with a scammer. The only reliable source is D at this moment.

damn... this is horrible. This covid thing really is messing up everything. The people that should stay here die and the ones that need to go cant even do it peacefully

I successfully bought and received N from A but that was over a year ago and I think things have changed since then, I've seen others on here saying his contact details have been removed from the latest edition of the ppeh

The latest version of the PPH added a warning for AV, but PN confirmed the next version of the PPH will have A removed and will include "updated contact details for D", whatever that may mean.

Apparently 3 years gone. The chinese gov began prohibiting N manufacture exclusively in 2019 or so. It was strictly in a powdered form, manufactured in a chemical production company since they have much more relaxed rules on sale.

I am sure he profited by getting around the B2B requirement, no sales to physical clients were allowed from those factories. In any case, he started scaming and went off 2018 I think.
