Just so everybody knows - AV has been kind-of a scammer before too. In the august 2016 pph or thereabouts (don't remember), reports of him taking money and not sending product were present. Later it seems some people have had leaky bottles arriving.

Now, it may just be his modus operandi, to spend a certain time under the radar and come back up again to avoid La Policià de mierda, but I could be wrong, and this time, the risk of buying from him are as high as never before.

No tracking provided is an all-time low. Buyer discretion is advised, holmes.

I really don't understand how these sellers can still operate without being raided and prosecuted? it's illegal and not hard to contact them once you have the correct source, I mean LE have infiltrated Peaceful pull. surely LE can just track them. I've had my finger hovering over the money transfer button but the threat of fines, a criminal conviction or both really freaks me out. I wouldn't care paying double if I had a 100% chance of avoiding any legal repercussions. How some of you managed it always both impresses and saddens me I don't have the gall to follow through.

I imagine LE must be acutely aware of what most people intend on using it for.

Indeed some people misunderestimate (one up for Dubya) police in particular. An attorney or prosecutor's shenanigans can do much more damage and it's a part of their profession to twist the truth while habitually claiming they fight for it. You may easily turn out to be a beginner future career criminal who was just to begin his killing spree by using N on a victim or something.

Meanwhile, police are at the fron llines and when they convict somebody with a substance like N they can quickly nail them down as a potential suicide attemptor which means "crazy" - even if you'll end up in arrest, because they don't have the authority to apply ethics in the same way as a prosecutor or a judge. I am not calling for more police, defunding them or saying blue lives matter - just that they may have an upper hand on the ethical side over an attorney (barrister) or a prosecutor, however much of a luncy it seems.

Tl; dr: You can rely more on the mercy and/or sympathy of a cop than that of a barrister/prosecutor.

P.S. True or not in the US you are innocent until proven guilty and you have a right to remain silent if you want yada yada, but in the UK, if you remain silent - fair enough and even stevens - you end up doing porridge no doubt?

My solicitor always told me, always, always say nothing and ask for your solicitor. It is way too easy to be wrongly convicted or to have a much worae charge than deserved. Words are always open to interpretation and often that means convenient misinterpretation. I have since learned just how good that advice was. It cam be hard in the moment because LE are trained to make it that way on top of the human nature that urges you to prove your innocence or attempt to apply reason in a mutually respectful manor.

Innocent until provwn guilty also applies in the UK.

It says banks in Mexico though ? So would this not mean that the option of paying by cash/pick up at any location option is still ok?

I got this when I selected 'Cash Pickup' for the receiver, but it only says 'Transfers to Bank Accounts'. So maybe there's still hope?

Well D hasn't mentioned anything about it and I was only speaking to him over email yesterday so hopefully everything is still ok :/ I guess I could do WU also but I had issues with them last time when I was trying to pay A, he kept saying they wouldn't allow him to pick up the cash despite me following all instructions meticulously… ended up having to get my refund and pay via MG instead so just don't wanna risk that happening again with D
