N from a cold environment to a warm environment and then back to a cold environment still viable

Hello, I bought N from A about 4 months ago. I kept it in my refrigerator but then recently moved to be near the ocean to see if that would help my illness. I had to travel with it for several days out of the refrigerator. I now have it back in the refrigerator and I was wondering if it is still viable? I would think so but I'm not sure. Thank you for any feedback.

As my pretty picture indicates above, an isothermal bag with integrated cooling gel will do the trick

It'll be fine. N is a pretty stable drug. Room temp is fine as well just not hot and exposed to sun. Dark and cold between 3-5 degrees is ideal. If you plan to use it soon, it won't matter. Ideal temp is more so peolle can take it 10 years past expiry. You'll know when it's gone bad. Won't be clear anymore.

I think particles will start to appear when it goes bad, just like @Thegoldenapples explained above.

Remember, when it was shipped to you it was exposed to different temperatures as well. These few days won't matter.
