Discussion My spider roomie doesn’t pay rent

Not saying all spiders look alike but I think I might have run into the same spider that I vacated last time.

He/she ran away real fast when I first saw him/her earlier, but once I came back with a glass and laminated plastic, it's nowhere to be seen.

how can a spider be so stubborn to come back?
And more importantly how do I find him/her again and how do I talk him/her into paying rent?
