My SN protocol

I am doing the stat dose method for SN. Here is my protocol:

10am - breakfast

Noon - start fasting (10hrs)

10pm - stop water intake

11pm - 1000mg Tylenol

11:20pm - 30mg meto + 4mg Xanax

11:30pm - double dose of recommended omeprazole

(In the mean time)
Prep SN drinks - 25mg in ~ 50ml of water per drink

12am - drink SN + 400mg propranolol mixed in


any suggestions/critiques welcome

I thought it was 100ml of water, same difference I guess. Sounds solid

The protocol I read recommends 50-100mL, I figured 50mL might be easier to get down since it's less but if it ends up being too viscous/disgusting I might change to 100
