My SN Protocol / I'm planning to CTB on February 24

I'm planning to CTB on February 24 using SN

About me: a guy weighing 95 kg with a slow metabolism.

My Protocol:
February 23, 7:00 PM - last intake of solid food

February 24 8:00 AM - ibuprofen 1000 mg, Metoclopramide 40 mg and ondansetron 16 mg. Take with a sip of water.
February 24 8:30 AM - I will dissolve 15 mg of Xanax in a small amount of water (20-30 ml) and drink it.

February 24 8:50 AM Prepare three glasses of SN:
Glass No. 1: 27 g of SN + 60 ml of room temperature water. Stir thoroughly until completely dissolved.
Glass No. 2 + Glass No. 3: Exactly the same. This is an absolute safeguard in case of vomiting.

February 24 9:00 or 9:20: I take glass No. 1 (30 g SN).
I drink it in one gulp, as quickly as possible. Without stopping.
I immediately lie down on my RIGHT SIDE.
If I vomit before losing consciousness, I drink another glass of sn

As for the protocol, everything looks good to me. I've typically observed people use two cups, you've prepared to the extra step by taking three.

Where will you CTB? Also, does the side (left/right) matter significantly?

You could swap the ibuprofen with standard Tylenol. It's just as effective and helps better.

15mg of xanax is a huge overdose, in the 30 minutes you plan on waiting until you can drink your SN, the 15mg of xanax will almost certainly knock you out into a deep coma mid-protocol.

It depends A LOT if you had Xanax before or not. For me since I only had Xanax just 3 or 4 times in my life a 1mg dose can almost knock me out. For a person who takes it daily for months his daily dose could be 2 or 3mg and he would feel must a littlebit sleepy from that dosage.

I'm sorry that life has brought you to this point. May I ask about the timing or place you have decided on? Are you confident that the morning will allow for enough time to be alone? I'd also be careful with the Xanax.

I used Xanax for more than 3 years, so I need at least 2-3 mg to feel the effect.

You're wrong about coma. To induce coma, you need at least 600 mg+, I read somewhere, and I heard about a case where a guy took 100 mg+ with the intention of dying and just woke up the next day.

You do you. I think your Xanax dose is OK considering your tolerance. Be reminded most people on here are teenagers who've taken DXM and codeine and think they've tried it all

Jumping is generally considered to be avoided within the community. Jumping also doesn't have that great of a success rate (though ive listed it as my preferred method before.)

Unless you have access to 200ft over solid ground youre likely to end up dismembered and living that way.

Looks good to me, tylenol would be more gentle on an empty stomach. The 30 mins from xanex to SN concerns me. Everyone is different, but myself, I'd be passed out by 30 min and would sleep through my SN time. I have Clonazepam instead of xanex, I'm thinking 10 to 15 minutes wait for me. Perhaps someone with experience with xanex onset time can add some insight with that.

I'm no expert but your probably a lot more likely to survive with jumping. I don't think SN has any lasting negative side effects (physically at least) if you survive. You could become a vegetable and be soooo much worse off if your survive jumping. The fear of surviving as a vegetable is what has kept me from jumping / crashing my car in the already.

These falls are not into straight concrete. 150' onto concrete is deadly

I think 150ft is definitely fatal. But the rare chance you survive you could lose limbs and be paralysed. You'd then wish you could die, but not be physically able to try again. Kinda like locked in syndrome for the rest of your life. That's the worst life to live.
