Is it me or do you ever feel like sleep is like that bully that used to beat you up at school and steal your chocolate....only now the bully seems to wait till your fast asleep and your back is turned away from the world and thoughts and your finally manging to grab that inch of peace and sleep ....then all of a sudden the sleep bully comes out., as just a thought or a memory you sleep to forvwt and plants it in your head .. and thats it ..on edge with no sleep at all for the next 3 days and even the meds cant fight tbjs bully...
