Venting my room looks like absolute shit

I can't clean it up. I can't. I don't have the energy. It used to be such a simple task when I was mentally well. It was so easy. I just can't do it anymore.

i feel you sm. I can't even bring myself to put clothes in the washing machine or clean the simplest things. Just know you're not alone, and you're not less or worse of a person for struggling. It's not laziness

I'd clean your room myself if I could, my floor is covered in cat hair and my desk is dusty but I just don't bother anymore, not like anyone enters my room anyway.

I have to clean the mess when I see it. I have no choice. OCD tells me to. If I don't it burns into my consciousness like a spike heated in a furnace.

I feel this. My room is horrible ---> I clean and clean ---> it becomes clean and I think to myself "wow, I should never let it get dirty again!" ---> it inevitably gets dirty again ---> repeat :(

Can definitely relate. I've got a habit of snacking on food in bed so my bedside cabinet it's always got wrappers all over it!
