Since I'm not a lawyer, I don't know about this at all and can only speculate.

But I can't imagine (my) parents getting in trouble unless

You're not an adult
Your parents or someone else has a legal guardianship for you
You obliged by law to participate in therapies (forensic reasons for example) and your parents didn't allow you
Live in a country where suicide is prohibited
A history of abusing parents could be suspicious to authorities, but idk

The only trouble my parents have to worry about is paying for a cleaning at most.

I believe the only instance this could happen is if you are not of legal age and/or (even if you are +18) they are bound to you as legal tutors (for example by court order(s) related with your mental conditions). The other obvious situation would be if they explicitly denied to you your right to visit a psychologist despite your (possible) medical conditions and/or in relation with an official medical or court evaluation/prescription/order.

I think me and mimiopo22 come from the same country. Believe it or not here SN not only is super easily to find, it's also incredibly cheap.

Ah ok that's good, because mimiopo was a bit concerned about getting sn. Didn't know it was so available and cheap in Italy.

Don't leave any suicide note against ur parents, then they will be fine.

Nope, they could say that you never showed any signs of depression so why would they send you a psychologist.

If you don't have a relative that may file a case against them, I dont think there's any legal issues. At least in my area, that's how it is.

They may get questioned, but ultimately can't be held responsible if they had nothing to do with your suicide.
