My parent just called me an attention seeker

YEP WHAT THE TITLE SAYS
my parents got told about my sh and my suicidal ideation today
And when I came home
I got told that I made everyone in my house look bad because we are POC and that I have fed the stigma of POC being cuckoo.
___ also told my younger sibling that my new name should be "attention seeker" and to call me that.
My younger sibling didn't say anything btw. (But I know that when they want to terrorise me they'll say it)

WHY DID THEY HAVE TO TELL??????

I SHOULDVE JUST SUFFERED IN SILENCE LIKE I ALWAYS DO.

And thus. Tomorrow. Tuesday 8th October 2024 my story will come to an end.
I'm tired, dead inside. I can't tell my parents shit because they'll use it against me
And I can't tell my place of study anything because they'll tell my parents. and my parents, especially ____will berate me.
(LITERALLY ALL OF THE ABOVE HAS HAPPENED)

Almost everyone needs at least some attention and wants more. SH is a way of expressing that something is wrong. Parents get frustrated because they know it is at least partially (likely more) their own failure that you are struggling so much.

Sorry this is happening and you don't seem to have the support you deserve.

It's horrible when parents not only don't understand, but they summarily dismiss all your pain and suffering like that. Not seeing you at all. You think it's a safe space but then someone goes behind your back, and only to make things worse. I would be in an emotional tailspin over all of it.

Let us know how you're faring and if by some miracle your parents came around even a little bit.
