Also shakes, I just bought something with 80% protein I think. Not sure if it's casein or whey or something else, I used whey previously. Protein from food is something I'm very bad at getting, mostly animal sources and whatever you scrape together from oatmeal and other carb sources. Apparently it's 1g/lb 2g/kg.
