My idea is to do partial suspension hanging i think it is referred to as. I was going to by some very thin rope and tie a slip knot and force my head down onto the main artery. Will that work? I also need to know if it will work doing from a high coat hook on back of my door

Thinner ropes tend to be more fragile, so I would recommend you test the strength of it first. Also test the strength of your door hook, as those don't usually support that much weight.What sort of ligature you recommend? I'll test if it can hold my weight
