Venting My girlfriend was cheating on me with my boyfriend

First of all I'm polyamorous

And one of the first things about being poly is communication, and that's something that obviously wasn't happening...

My girlfriend was cheating on me with my boyfriend behind my back for a month without telling me .
They know I'm suicidal and yet they decided to hook up behind my back .
And apparently im the problem because as soon as they get caught I'm the problem... now both of them don't wnat anything to do with me ...
I managed to patch things up but I can't do it ... I can't live knowing that they don't actually fucking love me .
I just really hope my SN comes in soon because I'm done with this shit .

Poly here too. I never understood how people could be in an "open" relationship but not be open with the people in that relationship. Communication is a key tenet in polyamory and lack thereof is how most things start to fall apart. I am sorry this happened to you.

that's what happens when youre poly. think whatever you want but it doesn't make sense. talk to a therapist.
