My first post - Hello everyone

I'm happy to find a forum like this. I never thought I would make such a claim considering how healthy and ambitious I once was. Chronic illness has worn me down over the last decade and I'm reaching a breaking point. It's nice to meet others who are in a similar spot. I don't feel so alone now that I can interact with the community here. I'm not ready to go just yet but I'm undoubtedly heading in that direction. How long it will take me to get there idk. I just want to feel prepared and at peace with it. Thanks for reading.
