Does not really matter too much I think. They'll have pictures of you regardless, won't they?
My family and even doctors know that I want to die. The only thing holding me back is knowing just how devastated my mother would be. She is really religious and keeps telling what a sin it would be to take my own life. I live in the US and I think we are backwards when it comes to euthanasia. In other countries you can be assisted in dying even when you don't have a terminal disease even including severe psychiatric problems and debilitating physical conditions.
