I didn't want to make her sad, I feel guilty.
we dated from 2020 till 2023 with some break ups, some of them were long before we get back together, anyway I signed up for a dating app some time ago after we broke up but never really used it, a friend of her found me and showed it to her, I don't want to talk to her but I don't want her to think that I'm a bad person, I don't love her but I don't hate and Don't want to make her sad.
to complete this shitty day, my sister is sick and feeling pain in her arm, I'm afraid that's it's cancer, I was getting better, but now I want to do the same things I used to do some time ago, test partial hanging again, self harm.
