My body aches have reached an all time high. Everything hurts so horribly right now. I'm so weak. It's been hard to even sit up today, it takes me a couple of tries. The fatigue is so bad that chewing on a few crackers earlier almost felt too exhausted. I'm so fucking tired and in pain and weak. And I still can't stop thinking about pizza and ranch.

Would you consider checking yourself into the hospital to at least get physically stabilized? It sounds like things are getting really bad.

Chronic pain and fatigue are the bane of my existence. When I am in a crash I struggle to eat because chewing takes too much energy. It's beyond horrific. I am sorry you are ill yourself.
