I am in a constant state of fear and panic. I keep getting racing heart and terror and my psychiatrist recently lowered my clonidine to .1 from .2 and i am having a hard time idk if i should go back to the crisis unit where the other doctor is who will raise it back or what should i talk to my husband who is upset when i have to go there but who would want me to get the meds right i dont wanna upset him im shaking with anxiety right now but i can only take .1 twice a day and its not enough so i stretch it out as much as i can I had to smoke weed during the day yesterday which is bad coz it changed my ritual but im on tms so i have to report it tomorrow idk what to do so im asking yall coz idk who else to ask rn and my husband is still asleep

im sorry youre going thru horrible anxiety, med changes can be rough, i don't think you should be afraid of voicing your concerns to your spouse though, i hope he would understand, would you be able to ask any other doctor soon? i think if something is urgent and unbearable its best to let someone know if they can help or comfort you. wishing you the best, the racing pressuery painful panic sucks so much to experience, esp if its constant :(

I did yesterday and was basically told to suck it up coz he thinks it's pre treatment anxiety when it's not so I'll be at the walk in clinic today I'm on of his pain in the ass clients I don't just suck it up 🤦‍♀️
wtf "suck it up"??? not ok or cool of him, withdrawals/conditions flaring up when reducing doses or going off meds r no joke :(
