I started to like Linkin Park when I was about 8 or 9 years old, mostly because my big brother and dad would always listen to them.
My depression has been with me since about that age and I can say that this band saved my soul from insanity many times.
This song, specifically, reminds me of all the times my young self would just lay down in bed, so scared of all the feelings she was experiencing, crying and begging to be saved by a god who wasn't even there.
It means a lot more nowadays after Chaz's suicide. I hope I can soon let it go just like he did.
