I've always hated motivational songs, basically songs that has a "Just keep on living!" stuff, but it always feels different in amazarashi's songs. It feels more of a "Whether you choose to live or not, that's your choice" instead of "Just keep on living regardless of what happens or what you feel and want".

I used to listen to this song often as i was in my late teens, yet to find a job, not knowing what to do next, who i want to become etc. it resonated with me, it wasn't trying to cheer up, didn't try to be positive - it was just how i felt.
