"Taste of cherry" - it is slow paced and for me that made it kinda hard to watch (I always feel like I don't have enough time xd) but I'm glad I did. It is also a low budget movie but that isn't something that bothers me. U can check it out.

I know an anime that focuses on suicide and depression....its not very dark if thats what you are looking for unfortunately. It is very centered around romance, its called "orange" they have an english dub and sub if you dont understand japanese.

13 reasons why, obviously. But they removed that infamous bathtub scene. I got the version with the bathtub scene, uncut.

Tbh, I stopped watching it at a certain point because I think the way they told the story was confusing and not good. (present - past - present - past etc.)

But I watched the bathtub scene.
