I'm not sure if you mean good movies in general, or good movies related to CTB. If the latter, I'd recommend Wristcutters: A Love Story (2006).

It's a bit of a long one (and probably an acquired taste), but 'Farewell My Concubine' is an absolutely fantastic film!

My other option would be the original 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' (major shift in tone from the first suggestion I know!). Such a good film, really atmospheric.
