I recently watched "You Were Never Really Here", and it was a great movie. The movie was really touching. There were only a few dialogues, the rest of the movie was full of poetic narrations of the main character's past. The character was suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I've never seen a better example than this movie on narrating ptsd.
