• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

If anyone else struggles with this, how do I get motivation to do simple tasks such as brushing my teeth or showering? I also forget to eat and drink water and I genuinely hate myself for being this lazy and tired. I have a problem with sleeping too much and i'm pretty sure I have some sort of hypersomnia. I get tired so fast and I know it's because of my anemia :(
Any encouraging words is appreciated as well <3

That's the kicker, actually fucking doing it SUCKS. The way I managed it was embarrassing, but sorta worked. I think it relied a lot on who I am as a person, though.

I'd set 5 minute alarms, and I'd do something productive until the alarm goes off, then I'd set an alarm for 10-15 minutes and do nothing. Then another 5 minutes of productivity, and you see the cycle. YMMV

Actually that sounds like a great idea, and 5 mins isn't too long or draining. I'll try it for myself, thank you so much!!
