I met my friends today and we played a story game 8 hours but could not finish it sadly. I have made a stupid mistake and killed someone at the end I was just pretty pretty exhausted.
We joked about following abbreviations. We all went through therapy but not the other CBT.

Which C - B - T do you prefer?
