Most effective methods when being monitored

Sort of under watch for all of this so I need something quick and effective that is not a firearm.

Sounds like it would be pretty risky trying to ctb if one is being monitored to me, sadly suicide just isn't straightforward and it's cruel how we cannot just easily die in peace. But anyway I hope that you eventually find the freedom you search for.
