What should I take to prevent vomiting after a morphine overdose (pills)? Is 1.5 grams a good amount, or should I lower the dose?

You could try to IV the morphine in order for it to kill you without vomiting. Can you tell me more about the pills you have? depending on the formulation you could just mix with water and inject. Not ideal but I was a heroin/opiate pill addict for years and I've injected morphine pills before. The issues would be getting a large enough syringe and of course being able to inject into a vein. The needle gauge you want is 28 or maybe 26 but any bigger and its like a friggin dagger.

Eating pills alone rarely results in death. You gotta use an exit bag to be sure. Heck I'd bag up even after IVing a massive dose.

1.5g should be fine, assuming you are opioid naive and the pills are medical grade / non-adulterated. Take the same antiemetics as used in SN method, though you should first take maybe 20 mg of the morphine to check if you have any extreme reactions to it. If that goes down fine, you should be all set.
