  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

I certainly would like to find out for myself. I feel like the walls are closing in on me. I would love to ctb.. Why is it so hard. I truly believe hell is here on earth because if it wasn't anyone can ctb anytime they are ready. I hate the fact that my body is strong and resilent.

Money may or may not buy someone happiness. But it is always able to keep certain types of misery at bay. The misery of homelessness, for example.

Money cannot fix a lot of problems and it cannot stop suffering. Our bodies can torture us with health problems and money can do nothing to help this. It is a horrible world we live in, I wish we lived in a world where our right to die is respected and we could just exit peacefully at a time of our own choosing. It is cruel how the society expects us to suffer for decades.

Money is only a mean. If you don't know what to do it with it then it has no sense. You're right. I'm not rich but I have money to buy things I like and when I buy them I don't feel anything. I don't feel joy. I don't feel happiness. I feel empty.

This is exactly why I believe hell is here. Why do people get angry because someone wants to die? why does a person's decision over their own life bother others so much? It is like an "if I suffer, you have to suffer with me" mentality most people have, in my opinion.

Money does not stop aging. I'm 45. Getting old sucks. It's pointless to live by decaying slowly. Money can be the solution to worrying about the future. Still, I don't want to be any older.

Money would fix just about all my current problems. I'd be able to get my teeth fixed in full and no longer live in pain and shame everyday which would be fucking incredible! Seriously, every second of my day is spent in pain because of these things and I can't do fuck all about it because I'm poor

Exactly. I receive social welfare now and my life has changed immensely ever since. For starters, I can afford to buy off label medication to improve my quality of life, which IT DID improve my life. I am taking Aniracetam and Noopept, both nootropic medication. Aniracetam is not just a nootropic, but a treatment for anxiety and depression, and it works that way for me. I have 0 anxiety and an overall happy mood by taking it. In fact, I feel 'so happy' I don't even want to kill myself, and I have started to consider recovery after trying this med (technically it's a combo of Doxepine + Aniracetam). This wouldn't have been possible without money. Noopept improves my cognitive performance, making my daily life much easier. Hell, it even made me have faster reflexes in competitive games! I feel like a pro player sometimes, which was rare before.

I can also afford my hobbies now, they can't make me 'enjoy life', sure, but I have the choice to 'attempt' to enjoy them now, I couldn't do that before. I bought good hardware to play videogames and I am pretty happy with it.

All in all, money does make life better. Some things won't change even with money, but others will change for the better for sure.

No I completely understand! I'm glad things are working out for you. Might also be worth writing in a journal goals and just day to day joys so that if it ever gets dark again you can pull it open and remind yourself of the good. When I was on unemployment and making I think it was 2.4k a month for just living my entire life view changed. I could afford to eat real food, I could wake up and go about my day at my leisure and not worry about work, I was able to build a new pc something that wouldn't of been possible while employed lmao. It truly changed everything. We as humans have designed life to be as predatory and painful as possible so the select few can enjoy their spoils while the others battle for the scraps and it sucks

reminds me of a line from a UK sitcom...

1) Money isn't everything, you know.

2) No, but it certainly takes the sting out of being poor though, don't it?
