Help mixing alcohol and hydroxyzine/atarax to pass out before drowning?

i'm not planning on ctb'ing by just drinking and taking atarax. it's just a way for me to lower my stubborn survival instinct so i can either hang myself or drown. i'm asking if it'll make me pass out.
