Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I don't think so. I'm going to order soon, and the vendor I'm looking at is on several DNMs, with solid feedback on both. I messaged the seller, and will probably base my purchase on their response. Seems like the worst that could happen is I'm out a couple hundred $, or I wind up getting F instead, which would be fine with me, as it's going to have the same effect either way.
